Welcome to IMPRSV Agency. By accessing or using our websites, calculator tools, and video generation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Scoped Budget Estimates
Any pricing budget calculated using the Quote Wizard represents an estimation based on current regional multipliers and asset requirements. Final campaign rates are subject to creative director review and signed agreements.
2. Intellectual Property
All video drafts, storyboard layouts, and media assets generated during production belong to IMPRSV Agency until full campaign invoice payments are completed, upon which rights transfer to the client.
